As a photographer and a mother, I have a passion for capturing moments.
Anyone can take a snapshot, I want to record a memory. An illustration in someone's life story, a footprint they'll leave on history, an image their descendants will cherish because it gives them a glimpse into the past and the lives of the people they came from.
I don't just want to take the picture to help you remember how small those newborn feet were, I want you to remember how those sweet little feet felt in your hand. I don't want to just record the chubby cheeks of an infant, I want you to remember burying your face in that warm little neck and inhaling all of the sweetness of babyhood. I not only want to capture the goofy grin of your four year old, but also the missing front tooth and the spunk in their pose.
I want to record their childhood with you, watching their chubby legs grow long and knobby kneed, watching their smiles evolve, immortalizing their transition from a christening gown to princess gown to graduation gown and creating art that will invoke a memory from you and an emotion to all who view it.
